COURSE OVERVIEW

INTRODUCTION

Risk management is fundamental for any organization and supply chain operation that seeks to ensure continuity and achieve long-term success. Recent risk events around the world have exposed supply-chain vulnerabilities and disruptions and the term supply chain has become a mainstream concept. Risk events such as global pandemics are no longer foreign to Kenyan Supply chain operations but have now become key considerations at the organizational level. Organizations with poor supply chain risk-management strategies lack resilience and can no longer expect to be impactful in today’s ever-changing dynamics. This workshop is designed to equip individuals involved in organizational supply chains with practical skills and analytical tools to manage risks and relationships for resilient supply chains.

METHODOLOGY

The instructor led trainings are delivered using a blended learning approach and comprises of presentations, guided sessions of practical exercise, web-based tutorials and group work. Our facilitators are seasoned industry experts with years of experience, working as professional and trainers in these fields.

All facilitation and course materials will be offered in English. The participants should be reasonably proficient in English.

CERTIFICATION

Upon successful completion of this training, participants will be issued with Steady Development Training Centre certificate..

TRAINING VENUE

The training will be held at Steady Development Centre. The course fee covers the course tuition, training materials, two break refreshments and lunch.

All participants will additionally cater for their, travel expenses, visa application, insurance, and other personal expenses.
