Introduction
Gender equality in education is a fundamental pillar for achieving inclusive and sustainable development. Despite global commitments to education for all, significant disparities still exist in access, retention, and performance between boys and girls, as well as marginalized groups. This course addresses these inequalities by exploring the structural, cultural, and institutional barriers that limit equitable participation in education systems.
The course provides a comprehensive understanding of gender-responsive education frameworks, inclusive teaching methodologies, and policy interventions that promote equity in learning environments. Participants will explore how education systems can be transformed to become more inclusive, safe, and supportive for all learners.

Training Approach
