Introduction
Gender equality and social inclusion are fundamental pillars of sustainable and equitable development. This course equips participants with advanced knowledge and practical skills to design and implement inclusive programs that address structural inequalities and promote equal opportunities for all.
The course explores gender analysis, social inclusion frameworks, and intersectional programming approaches that recognize how overlapping identities such as gender, age, disability, ethnicity, and socio-economic status influence access to resources and opportunities.
A strong emphasis is placed on integrating gender mainstreaming into development programming, ensuring that all interventions are responsive to the diverse needs of women, men, girls, boys, and marginalized groups in society.

Training Approach
